I can't seem to get any reply from the company, so I'm hoping for some generic advice.

Anyone have some educated guesses on where Spongebob SquarePants Typing 1.0 saves the record of which units each user has completed? It tracks, which units my child has already completed and I want to back up these progress logs before I reinstall Windows XP. I have no idea where the files are stored or what the filename or type is. Disc says to contact www.Encoreuse.com for support but that site doesn't even list this program under its list of supported programs.

I've tried e-mailing, but haven't received any reply.

The old way - the software stores data in a file in the same folder as the software. C:\PROGRAM FILES\SOFTWARE_NAME

The new way - the software stores data in a file under each account. C:\DOCUMENTS AND SETTINGS\ACCOUNT_NAME
    \SOFTWARE_NAME

The tricky way - the software stores data in a key in the registry. START, RUN, REGEDIT, search for SOFTWARE_NAME

You can also search for a file that's used at a certain time. Say, your kids played the game yesterday, search for a file modified yesterday. Should be a small file.
