Backup restore issues help!

I'm having some serious issues and really need help. I backed up my documents folder with Nero BackItUp and tried to restore the back up. I managed to get all the folders and everything written and then all it told me that all the files failed to be written. After that I couldn't access my documents folder. I got the message "access denied". I'm finally able to get into the folder but the files still aren't there and I don't know what to do.

 

I've freed my files but now I can't delete the other folders and nonsense from the "my documents" folder to put the new files in there. It keeps telling me "access denied" anytime I try to delete them or move them. Help me please!
