BackupExec Fails due to user being disabled

    Our backup fails because we disabled a user and backup reports the following:

    *Job ended: Friday, April 15, 2005 at 2:21:08 AM
    *Completed status: Failed
    *Final error: 0xa000fe09 - The directory is invalid.
    *
    *Final error category: Resource Errors


    *Click an error below to locate it in the job log
    *Backup - \\EXCHANGE2K\Microsoft Exchange Mailboxes Directory not found. *Can not backup directory (Users name) [(UsersID)] and its subdirectories.


    *Directory not found. Can not backup directory (Users name) [(UsersID)] and *its subdirectories.


    The backup is complete in that it backs all the data up.

    I added the backup account to the exchange database as an administrator to see if this was a permissions issue, however that did not solve the problem.

    Does anyone have any ideas as to what could be causing this error?
