Bad Computer Problems

counter strike yesterday was 106 on the video stress test.
now it got a 15. i also got a 5923 on as a benchmark score. all i did was change my driver to the 6.1 version. and i wanted to see if i put quality all the way up.
then thats when it was working bad. i changed it back to the other driver a 5.9 and i put the quality and performance bar in the middle and it still does it. whats the problem here.
specs are
athlon 64 3200+ 2.0
ati radeon x850 xt saphfire version
2 gigs of corsair ram
a 550 pwoersuplly antec

i should have lag on my computer at all.

 

try using driver cleaner pro to reinstall your drivers.
