Bad Connection

I have been playing a online game for two years now with no problems. In the last week my connection has gone from average pingplots of 30-50 to 90-120. Now the game says that it's a problem on my end; How can I tell? Here is the pingplot. Can someone tell me who's responsible for the bad connection?

I suggest your email your isp and Ask them why your ping is so high, it could be that someone is using your internet bandwidth, and ask the isp if there is a lot of bandwidth going through strange ports. If you dont already have a firewall i would suggest your get sygate standard firewall
