    Good day everyone,
i have a computer that used to show some lines on the screen while working on it.I thought it was about the screen - so i changed the screen but nothing changed.
I formatted the drives yesterday and installed a fresh copy of Windows XP.
Everything went well but the Windows , after loading, is not launching the Windows and the screen is turning off but if i enter using safe mode, Windows XP is launched.
What is the problem? Is it from the Graphic Card?
    Thanks for help.

Sounds like a software issue ie graphics card drivers which may be corrupt rather than some type of hw failure to me.

Booting into safe mode means that windows is just using the default vga driver.
