Bad memory

Recently, i've been getting BSODs stating "MEMORY_MANAGEMENT" as the cause.

Before these happen, a lot of programs begin to crash, firefox, and sometimes windows explorer for example.

So i ran Memtest86 overnight and it did 7 passes, the amount of errors i got was 65,535+

The Lowest Error Address was: 8264.8MB
The Highest Error Address was: 8381.9MB

I have a total of 8192MB of RAM installed (2x 4096GB)

Is this an indication that the RAM stick in slot 2 is bad?

 

Thanks, i took slot 2 RAM stick out, nothing crashed, no BSODs. This was for 1 day.
The next day (today), similarly no crashes, using the RAM stick from slot 2 in slot 1(removing the one that was in slot 1 the whole time).

Perhaps a problem with the Slot 2 on my MB?

Perhaps i should run memtest overnight on each individual module?

Ok, so i have left one RAM stick in for 2 days, and then swapper out for the other for 2 days, and nothing crashed, no BSODs, so i put both back in, and all was well until i got another BSOD "IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL" today

@falconattack, as indicated in my first post, i have run the memtest86 for >>6hrs. Would you recommend me doing it again?
