Bad Motherboard?

I'm currently working on an Acer Mini Tower. I plug it in, no fans spinning, no lights, no sounds, no anything.
    Things I've tried:
    1. First thing I try is a different power supply. Nothing. Same result. No lights, no fans spinning, no hard drive spinning.

    2. I tried a different power button. It had 2 fewer pins than what was already in there, but everything else lined up.

    3. I changed the CMOS battery. No luck.

Hard drive works great. I plugged it into my current computer to test it out.

I'm assuming it is a bad motherboard. But from my experience, the fans would spin somewhat. When the fans aren't spinning it is usually a power supply.

    Any ideas?

I've had a motherboard go bad with the same symptoms. I replaced it and it the computer worked normally. Try to get the exact same m'board so there are no driver problems.

Ok. I just wanted to make sure that it definitely was a bad motherboard.

I was pretty sure. I've just never had one with those symptoms.

    Thanks.
