    Not from Majorgeeks, surely?

If so, you may want to bring this directly to the attention of the owners by emailing tim at majorgeeks dot com, or jim at majorgeeks dot com.

Make certain that you are sure of what you are saying before leveling any accusations, however, as the downloads at majorgeeks are hand-tested.

For example, some people claim that Daemon Tools is malware. It uses rootkit like technology that might cause a security app to raise flags, but that doesn't mean that it is malware. The security app just doesn't know better. Daemon Tools is a great program.

The Vista Transformation pack changes the operating system in a few fundamental ways. (I remember having to edit a .DLL manually to get the thing to work)

That fact coupled with the fact that you've downloaded it from Majorgeeks makes me believe that you've got a false positive from Comodo.

hehehe... a lot of security apps will also tell you that you've got viruses in the form of cookies from the internet... sort of padding their results, to make them look effective.

I wouldn't worry about it. If you are still truly concerned, again, email the owners.

I guess anything is possible but like I said it was the first and only thing Comodo hit on since I've been running it and coupled with the fact that I was unistalling not installing the transformation pack I still tend to believe it thanks again and I'll send that e-mail

It is a false positive. Its important to remember that if you make system changes to important files it will be flagged as a virus or trojan. This is the downside to these anti-malware programs, people think they are safe and are using programs they should not be tinkering with, then incorrectly assuming a safe website like ours infected them. For example, this is the first complaint in over 307,000 downloads of that program.
