Bandwidth Monitoring software

Hello,

I am after a program to monitor my bandwidth usage on my computer, also showing which process (other programs) use how much, etc.
I have Googled it and obviously came up with lots of results but anyway I'm wondering if anyone here can recommend me a good program for this .

Heres another one too, seen it reccomended in one of my mags last month, although ive never used it! The lite version is free, the pro costs £$£$£ !

I am not sure what you are after but if you want to check out processes that are running, how much CPU they hog, and how much RAM they use, try Process Explorer.

Ever wondered which program has a particular file or directory open? Now you can find out. Process Explorer shows you information about which handles and DLLs processes have opened or loaded.

, above, is that it will also tell you what programs (handles?) are hogging your CPU cycles.

I use Process Explorer daily (part of my startup).
I sort PE to descending CPU use. Double click on CPU heading.
Then I shrink the screen to show the top 5-6 users of CPU cycles.
Then minimise it so it is instantly available when I need to check something out.
Works very well, excellently, in fact.
