banker fox a, won't let me run any scans, help??

I looked through the other threads and I recognize the same pop-ups i a am having with the addition of a fake porn websitsite that comes up with offers to clean my computer. I ran malwarebytes and it found about 10 problems which I removed but it didn't make any difference. I ran it again in safe mode with no improvment. I can't open any exe files now I get messages that files are corrupt or damaged. The pop-ups are on top of everything and won't let me open task manager. It disabled Avast as well, I reinstalled it but it won't run.
What can I do now? I just turned my machine off last night and I don't want to turn it back on until I know what I'm doing.

Go through all the steps and please complete as many (if possible) in the Read & Run Me and post any problems & logs from the programs you were able to run in a new posting in the malware forum. They are simply the best ever and the best equipped to help you.
