Basic Computer Info., Downloadable Program Needed

Hi!

Is there a newbie/user friendly program that I can download that will help me find the basics about my computer? I'd like to add that information to my siggy so that if I post a question, the information needed about my computer is already listed.

I've found bits and pieces of information and put them into my current siggy. I don't really know what I'm talking about, so hopefully you guys can make sense of the technical information that I've added.
