batch file scripting

    i want to create a simple batch file that can disable a group policy so that i don't have to go to gpedit.msc, user configuration, control panel, display and click on hide screen save tab and enable every time. is there anyone out there that knows a simple script that can be written for it so far i haven't been able to think of anything that would do that. just to enable or disable it.
