Batch files. Using keystrokes in the file?

    Hey im creating a batch file in which i want it to automatically be put into fullscreen mode.
    I was wondering if there was anyway that i could get the batch file to execute the keystrokes Ctrl+Enter to make the dos window go to fullscreen.
