Batch Job

Not sure I'm in the right place but here goes. I need to know how to make a batch job. Specifially I need to know how to(windows 95/98) make a job that will map a network drive. I set up a backup program on our wide area network to back up peoples files to a mapped network drive. The drives however seem to disconnect themselves after a period of time. So, it needs be that I can map the drive at backup time. If anyone knows how to do this or has a different/better solution please give me help.

Are you trying to create your own batch file, or am I on the wrong track ? If you do want to create a batch file them I would recommend hitting up google as there are some very nice tutorials out there.
