Battery Driver

    I recently got an old laptop from a friend that was fried. well i got it working and i have every single driver exept the driver for the battery... Can you please help me find it.

    I have Windows Xp Pro SP3 running on the laptop
    it is a GQ laptop, please post if you can help or need more information.

    Welcome to MajorGeeks! Can you give more info about the box besides GQ? Model number and such would be helpful.

    And by battery driver do you mean the battery power level?

    The driver that tells the laptop to charge the battery... before my friend crashed the laptop it had the battery driver and it charged just fine now that i stuck in a new hd and new OS i cant find the battery driver
