I just recently had some power problems with my laptop, which involved a lose pin at the back where the AC Adapter fits in and some soldering work by (ugh) Best Buy technicians. They definitely fixed that because the power is working fine and I can tell it's very solid now, however the battery won't charge past 3% and when I ran the battery test, the laptop actually powered off (fizzled off, more like). Anyone have any ideas as to what is going on or what I can do to fix this? The battery is pretty much brand new, and I dont think has ever been fully charged. Thanks :)
