    When i go to make a online account i always get password/email is in use

    so does that mean i have to make another email ??

    Hi

    If you have created in the past an account for that game with your email address and password then yes you will have to either try and recover the account and password or the ingame account managment options to recover account and an email will be sent to the email address you set up the game with originally, or create a new account but would also need to choose a new soldier name.

    I've made a account for offline but i'm trying to make one for Online but i always get 'password/email is in use'

    Hi

    Are you using the same email address you used for the offline account or GameSpy? if so create a new online account and email address.
