Battlefield Vietnam video problem i think?

i have BFV installed and i been playing it at max settings but not the screen size well it seems there might be a problem with the water. i just want to know does the water really look like this at max settings or is it a problem?

I think this is mostly from the age of the game. It was good at its release but newer games look much better. The game can only look as good as it was written, newer cards are not going to improve the looks of a game as the game was written for the equipment that was out at the time.
