baystack 460

    I'm trying to console into the baystack 460 with hyper terminal. It works initially, however, when it asks to press ctrl-y to start the menu, nothing happens. It's like it's not getting the command.

    I see the intro screen and everything, but it will not accept the command.

    What could be goin on here?

    Connected with a female/female straight db-9 cable.

    Key Mapping can be wrong. Try changing the settings to vt-100 instead of Ansi in Hyperterminal.
