BBCode Help

Ok. I got the basics, but what I really want to be able to do is to add background color to my posts, maybe like I was highlighting a text with a highlighting marker. The highlighting code doesn't do this, so I was wondering if there was any code for adding a background.:-o

I do wish there were others, like superscript, but you can sometimes find another way. It may be that they left out colored posts to avoid clashing threads.
