Becker Page Lite Or Pagelite

Does anyone remember this software, used to run on Win 95? It had crosshairs to position any text on a page with measurements on each axis.
I used it to number my stamp album pages that weren't numbered. i.e. say I wanted to put a number under a stamp near the middle and bottom. I would measure from the top and side of the page I wanted and then position the text box at the precise location. Save the page just created with the one number on it, run the album through the printer and number was then printed on the album page. You could do this with 1 or 20 numbers at a time.

I've searched but cannot find this program. It may have even been shareware. Does anyone here know of a similar program whereas I can do the same thing. I can play around with Excel, but it is time consuming, paper wasting and not all that accurate. I'm 70 yo and don't want to learn something like AutoCad or other hard to use programs. Although I doubt AutoCad would do it anyway.

I am not sure of that app, https://www.scribus.net/ did come to mind, might give it a try.

Well that was easy. It does work similar to what Pagelite did and gives more options as to measurements.
Looks to be perfect for what I need.
