Beep not loud enough

Okay so i downloaded a program that is an alarm clock that plays an infinite beep until i turn it off. it plays the internal beep, and my friend has it and swears by it to wake up. problem is, i can't turn up my internal beep past a pleasant volume. i know this seems nuts, what with everyone trying to turn off that annoying beep, but i need to know!

How do i turn UP the beep?

I have the volume settings on the control panel all the way up. Not loud enough. and i'm not deaf and its not very loud. just a quiet little beep. I want this up to at least obnoxious. i wrote a program in high school that allowed me to adjust the pc beep, but damnd if remember any of that. so anyways, can it be done? also, the internal beep is NOT routed to my speakers. if there is no way to turn up the beep, is there a way to re route where it comes out? since i can always just make my speakrs loud as want and all.

have i stumped you all? is there no answer? if so, anybody that is confident that there is no solution, please post a reply saying so, that way i stop checking on this thing. or if its so simple that you feel i am retarded to ask, feel free to berate me in your response. i can handle it.
