Befrienders?

Are they better than using forums to talk about personal issues?

My sister said gaming forums can be bad news.

 

I had to look up what it was. I would definitely be careful, in general, about what you share publicly because no every person you meet is a friend. Gaming Forums in particular are rife with trolls and aren't meant for that type of support, but if that is specially what you're looking to discuss I think it'd be a great tool if it works out.

 

My sister is gonna help me find an international solicitor because this <snip> nutball cannot take a hint. I don't want him to @ me on any platform. I'm absolutely uninterested in this Australian fool making countless profiles just to follow me on forums, posting crap.

He does this because he knows me from forums from way back in 2004, or whatever. Ones that no longer exist. But that makes the guy 38 now. Sad.

Other than that, web forums and whatnot belong to the baby boomers, chav culture, sex offenders and basement dwellers now. All they do is remake old ass games, movies, songs and stuff. Then nerds that were never into this media to begin with now proclaim to be fans of it.

Nah, bruh. Gotta keep milking the dead cash cow. So I lost interest once they started churning out the same old garbage.

 

Aw, I'm not any of these things, does that mean I have to leave??? *sniff*
