benchmarking software help

can anyone recommend a free benchmarking download that is spyware free and will do a good job of telling me how well my cpu and ram are running? i know there is a benchmarking section to majorgeeks, but i'm looking for a spyware free download. thanks.

Everest Ultimate (not free but there is a feature-limited trial that u can use) has some CPU and RAM benchmarks as well as SiSoft Sandra
