How valueble is benchmarking, well I used to benchmark alot years ago when I was playing around with OCing CPU and GPU just to see if I could beat the scores of other forum members. Now I dont really bother as I dont think it amounts to much when all I want these days is a stable fast-ish PC for the work I'm doing.

On the othe hand some benchmarks are usefull in determining stability... stress tests if you want to call them that and I will if I have upgraded run a few tests.

I will run these just to see if speeds are ok compaired to other users with similar specs or maybe a bit of tweaking is needed.
