    2. Pain relief. Believe it or not, a good laugh relieves some body aches or pains.
    3. Lower blood pressure.
    4. Stronger Immune system.
    5. Stress reliever.
    6. Better relationships.
    7. Younger appearance.

    Oh so much we need to have a giggle and laugh.

    While in work my dept we are all mixed as soem work from home days, we actually need to be in work soem days (2-3 days for me out of 5) to deal with patient clinics etc
    But on a day most o us are in we hae taken to in morning with tea/coffee to show a funny youtube clip (SFW ones) to set up the day and weekend.
    My favs are the funnies for Australia's Today morning show - Karl Stefanovic
