   It is best to start a new thread asking for your drivers for the benq scanner 5000bl. Tell us in the new thread which Operating System you are using including Service Pack (SP) number.

   All current drivers for that model scanner are HERE
   
   If you are using Vista or Windows 7 (32bit or 64bit) then you are out of luck if Windows doesnt install a default driver, as not are available from the maker, you could try the XP one but it may or may not work.
