   I see old threads on this but would like a fresh view of the very best Bandwidth Monitor on the web. I have one myself I wrote but would like to know what users already require and need from a good bandwidth monitor in 2008.

   For me I find that in a bandwidth monitor, I need to know all applications that are connecting and how much bandwidth they have consumed, on a daily/monthly/yearly basis with graphs or charts, so I can query individual apps or a PC as a whole.
   
   For this my prefered application is the free Netlimiter2Monitor lite version but have also used Down2Home
   
   Both also work fine in Vista.
