...best Cheap/free Video-creation Sw? Multi-track Audio Sw?

...for Win10? Last time I looked I liked Audacity and was leaning to Cyberlink PowerDirector, but that was a few years ago... any thoughts? If so, thanks in advance!

I use "Hitfilm Express". It has much more power than I'll ever need, and it's free. I use it to do blends between scenes, fade-ins and fade-outs, to put titles on my videos, but that's about it. Does take a bit of a learning curve (and the curve becomes steeper as one grows older ).
