Here are 5 different programs with 5 different temps, each one claims to be right. Which one is the most accurate? How do I know if they are accurate? If I want to use one which one would you use? I am confused as to what the real temp is. Thanks for the help! :major

I get the same readings... From what I have read, CoreTemp is the recommended program.

I have used CoreTemp and HWMonitor on my PC; they seem to always have readings that are real close if not identical, and the match the BIOS temps too. Most motherboard makers these days have temp monitoring apps available at their web sites. Just check for what downloads are available for your make and model. I have also found Everest Ultimate/Corporate/Enterprise (or whatever it's called) and PCWizard 2008 to be accurate also.

Using SpeedFan here. Gives me the same temp readings as my BIOS. Everest Home also agrees.
