Best hardware diagnostic tool

I am having various issues with PC, freezing (with high CPU speed), noisy fan st start-up, failing to boot...can someone let me know best diagnostic tool to use to assess, and.or to continue to monitor....

 

I like Sandra lite as a general all round tool but I use about 10 different software tools to diagnose hardware issues.

If you suspect cpu I'd use Intelburn test 'for amd as well' and a temp monitoring program with graphs, prime 95 is also good for stress testing cpu also.

Both will error out before the computer crashes or is damaged but keep any eye on your temperatures.

Make sure it is your cpu fan making the noise by stopping it with your finger in the middle for a second or so.
