    Howdy.

So I'm getting back into some Java programming after a few years hiatus and I was wondering if anyone could recommend either the best books they know or best websites for tutorials, etc. I'm plenty aware of Sun's Javadocs and am looking for a supplement to them.

    Many thanks!

If you have already done some coding in Java before then I would definitely take a look at Java's most significant upgrade, generics.

Other than that there isnt too much new, and most is best picked up along the way if you have done much Java before?

I have done programming in Java before, yes.

    I'll definitely look into generics.
