I currently use CCleaner and I was wondering what else should I equip myself with in regards to maintenance? Preferably free programs as I'm a little low on cash atm. Though if you have any good recommendations for paid software, I'd be happy to take a look. :)

Do you have an anti-virus program installed? And, what about a spyware detection and removal program?

    Comodo, free anti-virus, firewall.

Firefox has alot of safe browsing tools for free, like adware stuff popup blockers, and they used to have a keylogger blocker, but I can't seem to get mine to work...

One of the best tools you or anyone can use is to do a complete backup of your known good system. Follow the guidelines listed above and then use Acronis or Macrium Reflect or Easus Todo.
