   What do you mean by "mini notebook"?
   What operating system do you want? (Consider programs you absolutely need to use and that will tell you what OS to consider)
   Have you considered a tablet with an attachable or bluetooth keyboard.
   
   I own a 7" eeepc which I'd consider a mini notebook. I also own two 11.1" notebooks (not sure if they are considered mini by you but they are mini compared to a 17" laptop) , a 7" tablet, and a 10.1" tablet.
