Best search engine submission software?

I have heard of submit wolf, and some others, what is the best submission software?

free or not free, preferable cheape though allthough I will spend the money if its worth it

What do you think of this : considering that 90% of queries are suited by 5 search engines, do you really need a submission tool ? You'd better do the job manually..

Thanks for your replys, so its not worth sending it to 10,000 search engines or whatever the search engine software submits it to? I can do it manually to 6 engines would be no problem. What are the top 6? Im guessing google, yahoo, msn, ask, altavista, and aol?
