best software on t'internet

hi all, just had to let you know that i have found a program that blew me away!!! i have recently had a trojan on my system that was being a real pain in the bottom (links.exe) the usual story, get rid of everything associated with it, and, as if by magic it all reappears upon reboot. i got every piece of software on majorgeeks but nothing worked!! then i found a program called security task manager. ran that and it's gone...........yippee!!!!!!!

 

Chances are it's not gone.

- Run ALL the steps in this Sticky thread READ & RUN ME FIRST Before Asking for Support

• Make sure you check version numbers and get all updates.

- Very Important: Make sure you tell us the results from running the tutorial...was anything found? Were you unable to complete any of the scans?...Were you unable to download any of the tools?...Did you do the on-line scans as suggested? etc.

After doing ALL of the above you still have a problem make sure you have booted to normal mode and run the steps in the below link to properly use HijackThis:

Post back in the Spyware Specific Forum when you have finished with the above.
