Best Support?

    Hello, Being pretty much tech challenged, I'm wondering if any of the software providers are any better than others? Just got done going a few rounds with the "24-7 support" from spybot and that was a joke. My current ant- spyware software[webroot] doesn't seem to be doing a complete job. I'm also looking for good help with some registry issues. Any ideas out there? Thanks, Dan
