Best Utilites For Tech?

Hi, All I was wondering is what are the best recommended software utilities for a new computer tech to put on his usb drive to carry with him to help in diagnosing and fixing computer problems?

I usually download the newest updated versions of MalwareBytes, SuperAntiSpyware, and Avira AntiVir.
Others I keep are WinPatrol and SpywareBlaster.
Some other people here will undoubtably have further suggestions.

The basic version is free for non-commercial use and does a great job of registry defrag, checking settings, etc (Tip: To save time, run all options except disk defrag first then go back and run disk defrag by itself. Depending on the # of fragmented files it the defrag can take a long time. If doing on-site service, I set the defrag to run once all other issues are fixed and tell the client to let it run in the background until it finishes).

The Pro Upgrade version ($14.95) adds a deeper registry cleaner. Note that the Pro version license is on a "per PC" basis, similar to an activation code for Windows.

Although some people like Ccleaner (a similar program), I had two cases a few years ago on XP machines where it "overcleaned" the registry resulting in XP becoming unstable. Although this issue may have since been fixed, once bitten twice shy.
