Best Way To Secure Extension Cord To Wall

    I am trying to secure an extension cord to wall as the cord "progresses" from an outlet at the counter level to the floor. I am trying to understand what options I have for securing it. The wall seems to be plaster, as it seems solid, not hollow like drywall.
