hi there....
you can see that i am new here at MG´s i made a post in the welcome forum and all the nice pepole told me to go here and make a post.. and a big thanks to all those pepole..

Well my problem is my sister coulden keep her finges away from my pc, so i made a admin pass, and i have written it on a litlle yellow post-it and kept it away from her. but now i cant find the god damn litlle pice of paper, and i cant remember my admin pass. so pleas help remove the pass, i cant do eanything with my com without that pass. :cry

Syudio T told me to boot in safe mode by pressing F8
but that didten help.. i dont know about if it has eanything to do with that i have Win Xp Media Center..??

well i have just tried it again and i have found out that it depends on when i press F8 if i press it from the start i get a boot menu for removable, HD, CDROM. but if i wait a litlle with pressing it i get the windows advinced options menu. where i ca chose safe mode and son on. but if i chose direktory service restore mode wouldent that erase the passe and set the pc back to factory settings..?? rolleyes

Now what happens when you choose safe mode from this menu?

If it is your computer then call the manufacturer and I am sure they can help given you provide proof of ownership. Good luck.

sorry for makeing you wait so long with an answer.. but when i scelected safe mode started up in safe mode. and the admin pass wass still there and still couldent do eanything with the computer so i tried to reboot and then it couldent start windows up it just booted to the promt screen and it said something about the a system32 file couldent be found and it couldent start windows up eany more and so i had to install windows again.. so to all you folks that is bitching about that i am asking for a litlle and think that i have my pc from a scool i have just installed Windows vista ultime with a crack on my stolen com that i have saved my mony for in 6 months..
