BF Vietnam Big install Problems Errors!!!!!!

Ok
After i uninstalled it the first time i started to install it again. I got this message at the begining.


The target directory is not empty. do you still wish to continue.

I just ignored this and continued. After 40min or so it came to 100%, but the hole time a message came up telling me if i really wanted to exit the setup. The wierd thing is i never hit cancel or hit the x. oh ya once it hit 90% it really slowed down, it was only moving 1% every 3-4 min. Ok after it hovered at 100% a Exit Setup message came up

Specified component cannot be found in the media.

An attempt was made to access a component that does not exist in the named media.

I hit ok and the install ended and i lost all the progress. This is really starting to **** me off. Can it be the disks? If no one here can help me out i am going to exchange the game for another one and hopefully this will work.
