big problem with office 2003

hello

i've been using office 2003 for roughly 6 months with no problems and until 2 weeks ago i really didnt stay up-to-date w/ microsoft updates. but, with recent problems, i downloaded sp2, and all the other "critical" updates. since then, ive been having problems with office 2003. whenever i want to attach clip art in word, or if i want to send an email in excel, it gives me this error:

interface not registered
error code 0x80040155

what should i do to fix this?

I would also before going the drastic step of an inplace re-install, Repair Office, open Word ( could be any of the main modules ) click Help >Detect and Repair ( you may need the Office CD in the drive to complete the repair.
