Big Problems

    well guys, I finally got my comp back and it's worse than it was b4 i sent it to the shop. Apparently the shop took my os off the comp. Now I can't do anything. I tried to reload XP onto it and it keeps giving me a fatal error saying it could not complete the install. Any ideas on how to fix this or what the problem is? The shop still insists that it's the mobo confused
