Long story short.... I forgot to backup one really important folder before I formated today. Well you can guess what my next question is. ..

I've tried using a few restore utilities with no real luck. I can see the deleted partitions BUT some of the files look like garbage and others only reference a link to the file.

Does anyone know of a program or a way to get my files back????

    Thanks!

My experience with data recovery programs are not that good,
have not had much luck with them, but there probabaly is a
program that might be able to find what you're looking for.
Have you gone throught the drive utilities list on this site for
    programs?

Yes I've used a few of them including the one you referenced. I can see the most with Restorer2000 but I can't do enough with the demo version and I don't really want to purchase pro not knowing if it's really going to work.

You formatted, but have you written to the disk since then?

But of course, I didn't realize it until everything was re-installed and I was pulling all my backup's from the server that it wasn't there.
