BIN and CUE files

I downloaded a home design program. When it was done, I had two sets of bin/cue files. Can anyone help me. I need to know how to change them into and executable file so that I can run the program. Thanks in advance for any help.

.CUE contains the track layout information
.BIN contains the actual data.

CDRwin was the first program that started using these extensions.

Alcohol 120% suports the most extensions...as of this writing.
