bios access

    im using an asrock k7s41gx motherboard with sis chipset the bios is an ami bios
    my problem is i cant access the bios cept only to set user password no other option available iv checked the manual and looked on the asrock, ami and esupport websites but nothing there to help me not even a trouble shooter plz help as im wanting to install a 2nd hdd n cant until i access the bios

    you could try clearing the bios and setting it back to defaults by taking out the battery that powers it for 5 minutes...

    or try flashing it.... latest version of your bios can't hurt.

    I Thought About Flashing The Bios But When It Says To Make A Bootable System Floppy Does That Mean A Start Up Disc? N If So Theres No Room Left For The Flash Utility And The Update File I Have The Correct Flash Utility And File
