I have installed, formatted and partioned a new SATA HD in my Sony VIAO desktop. My BIOS doesn't "see" the HD although "My Computer" & "Device Manager" does see it. I went to the AMI site to update the BIOS and as reffered to the OEM site for upgrading. When I download the update it says that I have the most current BIOS. Below is the info I got from AMI site. Not sure how to correct the problems metioned. Help would be appreciated.
