bios finder

i just downloaded bios finder from here : http://majorgeeks.com/download237.html
And i did change the regional settings as it required me to do and then when i click on the .exe it redirects me to a web page : http://members.xoom.com/abstractcon/biosfinder/biosfind.zip
Am i doing something rong ?

What are you trying to do? If you are trying to flash your bios I suggest you check the official website of whoever made your board. That program is very old and is no longer supported. I wouldn't really be trusting it to help you flash a bios these days.
