Bios Issues Help Please

Hi i have a Shuttle Hot-637 motherboard with Award Modular BIOS v4.51PG.
And i ran AIDA32 to check everything on my computer out and when i looked in the bios section it says
"System Bios is more than 2 years old. Update if necessary"
i tried looking for an update but couldn't find one so can someone plz help me out..

i think i should upgrade because in AIDA32 my bios date is
03/19/98

If it ain't broke, don't fix it ....(I know that sounds flippent, but wouldn't mess with it if all is working ok ...windows xp - if that's what your running, probably wouldn't install if not ok.)

im running windows 2000 and its fine...
but if i wanna upgrade to xp i would have to find an update for my bios?

If 2000 is running...xp will do fine (basically same build).

k thanks but 1 more question im running a 20GB hard drive if i plan on upgrading it to say 80GB my bios wont support it rite?

Would have to check and see if it supports (forgetting the term ...large volume ?)....new drive will come with setup disc so that you can partition into slightly less that 37gig/per partition.
Would be more concerned with amount of ram ...256 at minimum.
